We had a lovely day trip from Rome yesterday. We had an in depth visit at a vineyard and wine tasting of the Lazio red wine grape Cesanese. Then a lovely lunch in a trattoria with local products and wine followed by a visit to the hauntingly beautiful medieval monastery in Subiaco.

Natural Wine in Italy

25 Mar

I admit I am a “naturalist”

Vej is my favorite wine at the moment. It tastes like sunshine in a bottle. It is alive, delicious and unique. It is made from Malvasia grapes and macerated with the skins. Only ambient yeasts are used. No sulphites added!

If you want to taste natural Italian wine please contact us. We can organize a fun tasting.
